Friendly office staff. Clean pleasant office. On time. Excellent dental care. Dr Kunnel is very knowledgable and skillful. Another daughter had braces with him previously and was very happy with the results.

The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. I witnessed one receptionist become so frustrated while speaking to a patient that she raised her voice and then hung up on the client. Another patient came in with her mother and they were displeased with the current retainer. The another receptionist came over to speak to them and the patient and the mother were frustrated with the receptionist because she wasn't listening. They all proceeded to have a loud conversation in the waiting room instead of asking the patient to please come to the back office to share their concern. The doctor asked both receptionists to meet him in the back office. These 2 occurrences happened on the same day.

Disorganized, always a very long wait. Not respectful of our time. I work and usually try to work well I’m waiting in the waiting room. They do not have Wi-Fi. Came for invisilign and wish I would have gone elsewhere.

I love Dr. Kunnel! He's very caring, and his office makes taking care of my girls teeth easy. They are kind, and listen to the issue. If I have an emergency, they are always willing to help get us in to handle the problem.

We found Dr. Kunnel six years ago when my niece lived with us. It was an obvious choice when my daughter needed braces to come back to the practice. A highly trained staff of assistants. The front staff is very efficient. I would highly recommend practice.
